The House System

The house activities are an integral part of the school curriculum. The entire school, including the staff members is divided into four houses. House system in BLM Academy aims to give students an identity and sense of pride in a supportive, secure environment and is named as Constellations. Houses are allocated (class III onwards) to the students in the time of admission. The student will have the same house throughout his/her tenure at school.

• AQUILA HOUSE: Aquila means ‘Eagle’ in Latin. It was owed by Roman God Jupiter and it soars along the Milky way.
• CEPHEUS HOUSE: Cepheus is also known as the ‘King’ named after mythical King Cepheus of a Ethiopia. It can be located near the North Pole.
• ORION HOUSE: Orion is the most famous of SS Constellations. It looks like a mighty hunter with a shields and jeweled belt. Orion can easily be seen from November to February.
• PERSEUS HOUSE: Perseus is the ‘Hero’, can be seen in the image of a man among the stars. It can be located along the milky way.
