It is a great honour and privilege to be the Principal of BLM Academy Senior Secondary School. I, along with highly qualified and committed staff, am devoted to providing the students with a safe, caring and learning environment to help them achieve personal brilliance. Our precedence is academic achievement, along with a wide variety of sporting and cultural opportunities provided to every child to bring out their true potential.

Sri Aurobindo once said, “True knowledge is not attained by thinking. It is what you are; it is what you become.” Shri Aurobindo has emphasised that without moral and emotional development only, mental development becomes harmful to the human process. A heart of a child should be so developed as to show extreme love, sympathy and consideration for all living beings. It is a real moral development.

Therefore, a teacher’s role in BLM models to enable the students to reach higher stages of development not only intellectually but to develop, the conscience, i.e. to promote spiritual growth. Every child has some fragment of divine existence within himself and education can bring it forth.

We at BLM impart education to match the advancement in technology and globalisation, with the ethos of moral and spiritual values, which are indispensable for a balanced personality. We endeavour always to instil a sound character in our children. We pride ourselves to help them grow and develop into sensitive, aware & responsible citizens who are committed to taking effective and purposeful actions to produce optimistic, independent, compassionate, life-long learners and leaders who will bring glory to the School, State and the Nation.
